Ticket refund, if within more than 48hours before the check-in date (10am), will have 9,00€ fee charged to the client (per ticket). |If the request is made less than 48 hours in advance (counting from 10am on the day of the ticket), refunds will be charged at the same rate as the ticket, please contact us: info@tamegaclube.com.

For changing your visit date * (equivalent ticket) before within less than 48 hours before the check-in date(10:00 am), will have 5,00€ fee charged (per ticket), for that please go to our website and pick changind date option.

For changing your visit date * (equivalent ticket) before within more than 48 hours before the check-in (10:00 am) date free of charge, please contact: info@tamegaclube.com.

* Regarding changing the dates, if the ticket cost of the desired date is higher, you shall pay the difference. The new date has to be the same year as the original date, within same season.

Cancellation costs arise from the costs immediately incurred inherent to the transaction, such as expenses with the electronic platform and bank charges.

Customers who request the cancellation of tickets purchased under the terms of the previous sections must also request the respective refund, which will always occur via bank transfer, via email to the email address info@tamegaclube.com, in which they should have the following information:

In case of no-show on the scheduled date, the visitor will not be entitled to a refund or reimbursement.

The only valid document for entry to the park is the Online ticket (paper or printed), so if the customer does not present this same document, his Entrance may be refused, the park disclaims any responsibilities that are not directly attributed to it. 7) Meios de pagamento aceites dentro Parque

– Consumption payments will only be accepted via wristband.

– You can pick them up and charge it at any point of sale (Bars and store).

– The unused balance will be refunded free of charge at the points of sale, for this you must go to these points and request a refund, if you do not do so by 20:00 on the day of the visit, the balance reverts to the Amarante water park, and cannot be claimed later.

– Wristband activation fee = 0,50 euro, remains property of the customer and is reusable in the next visit.

– We are not responsible for any loss, damage or misplacement of the Wristband. Please keep the activation fee receipt.
